So it basically means the emperor sent his oldest and sixth sons to chase and kill 大成's(a fictional dynasty's name in this TV show ) guard organization “血浮屠”(it's a name) 残部 means the remnants of this army. Also the king's ninth or nine sons(I didn't watch the show so idk).
